Preserve Our Rural Charm: Protect open space through responsible growth and maintaining Residential Conservation Districts (RCD) zoning.

Support Property Rights: Respect the rights of both landowners and homeowners.
Strengthen Property Values: Ensure thoughtful development and planning to preserve home values.
Support Our Downtown Core: Keep the designated downtown intact and reimagine it as a vibrant gathering place for neighbors, small businesses, and community events.
Build Community Spaces: Connect the vision for Weddington greenspace with the downtown core to create a responsible, community-focused hub for families.
